We want you to love your Belllas Home textiles. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been washed, used, or show signs of wear
• Items damaged by improper care (see care instructions on each product page)
• Final-sale items (if marked as such at purchase)

Return Process

1. Email us at info@belllas.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging
4. Ship the return package using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged on arrival or we sent the wrong product.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us at info@belllas.com as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process above.
